The Desmond & Dempsey x H&M collection features  laidback dresses, kaftans, tops and skirts in fancy botanical and Australian inspired prints. All the pieces are made in natural fabrics in delicate and soft palette for a relaxed and casual but sophisticated collection.

And today´s dress is part of the collection. As I stated in a previous post, to shop plus size in H&M should be done online. I was searching H&M website and I stumbled into this gorgeous dress. The fit and flare silhouette convinced me to give it a try. So, that is what I did.

This short shirt dress in an airy  cotton and modal weave has a banana leaf  print which makes it very summery. The fit and flare dress has a pleated circle skirt.  Long balloon sleeves with long simple cuffs add sophistication. The only inconvenient of the dress is that it is unlined.

The ensemble is presented with a monochrome combination in mauve-pink shade. The  AliExpress bag with a cute bag closure matches perfectly with the old ballerina flats. The earrings, ring and vintage brooch in dusty pink with mauve touches complete the look.

Do you like special collaborations between designers and high street fashion brands? Which collaborations are your favorite ones?

Love and peace.
