And here you have it a festive blazer in purple and aqua ready to be worn. I wore it to school and our African American language assistants were surprised to see a Spanish teacher wearing something so bold.

The fabric is gorgeous and the peplum style camuflages my tommy giving me a cute shape.  I   paired it with a black T-shirt, black jeans and black ballerinas,  a colorful cocktail ring and little floral earrings by Ginger and Velvet. 

Now I am confident enough to try new African prints as I love the rich colors and with a modern touch they look incredible.

Tras un breve parón, aquí estamos de nuevo con un estilo nuevo en el blog y que no me había atrevido a llevar hasta la fecha. En mis viajes por Africa siempre me gustaron las telas con sus brillantes colores y vibrantes estampados. Nunca me atreví a llevarlos hasta la fecha. Por casualidad descubrí este verano una web americana que tiene telas de estilo africano con diseños contemporáneos y me enamoré de este blazer que estaba agotado.

Refresqué la página de D´iyanu durante todo el verano y seguía agotado hasta que ya cansada hace dos semanas volví a ello y ¡oh casualidad! ahí estaba de nuevo el blazer así que en ese mismo momento lo compré. Y aquí la tenéis combinada con una camiseta básica negra, unos vaqueros y unas manoletinas en el mismo tono.

 

Destacan los pendientes de ballestilla con esmaltado en tonos verdes sobre fondo negro firmados por Ginger and Velvet.
