Another practical and useful way of presenting the velvet trend is to have a girly dress.  This time it is a cold – shoulder sleeved velvet dress in baby pink. I love this dress because it is flirty, it has a nice ribbon in the neckline as well as its color is so sweet.  I bought it the last day of last winter sale, so it was worth its weight in gold.

The same thing happened with the floral coat I am wearing in the look. I purchased both pieces together without considering they could make a nice combo. Once I reached home I realized they made a whole outfit. Since then I have worn them in several occasions and had lots of complements on both.

As the weather is cold I wore a thin blush cardigan with the dress that is why you could not see the cold shoulder sleeves but for sure I will feature this dress in the future for you to appreciate how delicate and girly is this number.

I wanted a very sweet outfit, then I paired everything with my laced blush ballerinas, a baby pink scarf, rose leather gloves and a blush suede bag. An ultra-sweet outfit for a very cold day.

Aquí tenemos otro modo de utilizar el terciopelo, esta vez en forma de vestido. Esta prenda me encanta por su original diseño en las mangas y la lazada en el cuello que le dan un toque muy femenino, así como por su color rosa pálido. Como el tiempo está gélido me puse un cárdigan en rosa claro con mezclilla que compré el año pasado durante mis vacaciones en Lisboa de ahí que no se aprecie el detalle de las mangas.

Lo compré el último día de las rebajas de invierno de la pasada temporada y cada vez que me lo he puesto ha recibido muchos parabienes.

Lo mismo ocurre con el abrigo de diseño floral que acompaña al vestido. Es una compra de ultima hora que he amortizado sobradamente y seguiré haciendo porque el abrigo me resulta original y bonito.

Para mantener el aire super delicado los complementos van en rosa: guantes en piel fina, bailarinas con lazos también en rosa, foulard y bolso de ante en tonalidades parecidas. Sí, sí muy pastelero, pero tan lindo. La próxima vez quitaré algo de rosa y añadiré algo con más punch.
