When it is about fashion I think there are no rules. Maybe prescriptions but no strict rules.  And trying new trends is a must to know what complements your figure and to perfect your style. You know from time to time I like to experiment and here you have an example. Bombers have been a major trend for the last two seasons but I have been resiting to wear them. Why? Simply because they remind me my students and I am a grown up. Well that is the case I saw the bomber I wear today last January when the new season clothes were showing up shyly. I though it was cute but not enough to pay full retail price for it. It had flowers and birds , it was coloful but it was quite expensive, around 80 euros .

Then, a few days ago, just window shopping with a customer, I realized it was half price and even they had my size …. So it was screaming …. If you still want me I`m yours. And said and done,  I told my friend I needed to get it and in the meantime she could see if she liked something from the shop. I got it and my customer found a couple of outfits she liked and we killed two birds with one stone.

And now how I style it. For a casual school day I just paired it with a basic black T-Shirt, my Carmakoma distressed jeans. To be coloful my bag and ballerinas were red but maybe a black ballerina flats and a black crossbody bag could have worked better. However, now we oficially are in spring time I prefer more colorful outfits.

What do you think is it worthy to wear it with colorful shoes or just with black ones? How would you style a floral bomber jacket? I will be waiting for your suggestions. Do not hesitate to leave  your comments.

Love and peace. See U soon.

Espero vuestras sugerencias y comentarios.

Besos infinitos y hasta la próxima.

Hello! It is fun to find a plus size “woman of a certain age” who loves trendy clothes like I do. I am a retired office worker on a tiny budget, and hate to shop, so I love the online stores that carry cute plus size clothes. Try pink skirt or jeggings…try clearance or sale on Torrid.com. Have fun!

    1. Hi Genie Geer!! Thanks for your support. In terms of fashion it is crucial to find good trends at a low price and for sure Torrid.com is one of my favourite on line stores even though we are mature. Trends could be adapted to age, complexion and figure. So let´s continue finding trendy clothes at minimum prices. I will see if I can get a pink skirt to complete my “pink/rose” spring wardrobe. Thanks again for your suggestions. Have fun!
