OCTOBER RECAP: STILL HOT

gatabigotesIMG_7364IMG_7843IMG_7840

Climate change is something we have experienced last month in Madrid. The summer days have taken too long, a bit cold in the mornings but afternoons were warm even hot. So our summer clothes with a light jacket have been worn and that is what I recollect in this late October recap. I hope you like it and tell me which post was your favourite.

Blessings and hugs.

Jean jacket! That blue necklace reminded me that I have a few pieces that I never wear because they are so dated (they were my mom’s) but not funky or vintage enough to like….but I realized that I can (gasp!) take them apart, combine, add some random beads from my collection, and come up with something new and unique that I actually will wear. I especially need something to wear with my new gauzy double layer long dresses from newchic.com. One is brown/taupe, the other orange/tan, and because they contain polyester, are warm enough with jacket, vest, or sweater, for Texas winters. Cheers!

I agree with you. The necklace is not on trend but I decided to see if I could give it a second life and well, for a while it is worth. Maybe redesigning it could be better but I need to find time to do it. Then for the moment I keep it as it is. In any case I am sure you will rock your new double layer long dresses and spice them up easily with new beads or even with a brooch. You know how to do it. Cheers!
